I didnt celebrate it so blah...

The night before yesterday, I talked to the girl who used to be my bestfriend ~2-3 years ago. We hadnt talked since last spring I think? Maybe even more.
I know she wasnt a real good friend, she was rather selfish towards us. If I had to be with her everyday for 1 or 2 hours, Id probably go crazy. People change and sometimes that's a good thing :)
Overall, I was very happy to see her again and to know what's up with her life :) May she live long and prosper
I have a ton of homework.. did I do them? I have important exams.. did I study? I have a research project to work on (must write around 15 pages)... have I started?
Of course not.
So what did I do? A new layout for phlog.

Ive almost finished my Dirkon camera. It's made of thick paper and just a small hole instead of a lense. Learn how to make your own

In a little while Im going to the photography lab cus the guy there promised to help me set the film in (It uses normal 35mm film)

I'd buy an apartment where he lives. Id move out of Spain and in my new apartment once school is over.
I'd ask him to go on holidays with me somewhere... I think he wants to visit Korea? Thats fine with me.
I'd get a supercool camera... make it 3 or 4 supercool cameras and a few toy cameras :P and make him pose for me allllll the time
I'd get a bunch of cool clothes that looked perfect on me
I'd get into a good university
I'd visit some friend abroad ~once a month - hopefully with him
I'd pay someone to finish my homework :P
I'd buy all the cd's and dvd's I've ever wanted. Legally.

Yesterday my mother saw me having a break down. I was crying my eyes out talking with my exboyfriend. She must have thought it was because of him, though it wasnt. Actually, I was telling him about me feeling too lonely since all my friends have their own busy lifes and my family.. well, Ive never felt like I have a family. So he was trying to make me feel better :)

This morning I woke up at 6.20 to take a shower (but I didnt have school until 9). Around 7, I walked into my mothers room and told her I wasnt going to school because I didnt feel okay.
...
So Im staying at home today. Its time to catch up with myself (and with homework :P)

I had to read Cry Freedom for my English class. It was just a 50 pages summary of the story, but I loved it.

Anyone can tell me when does Ramadan end? Not just the day, but also what does the last day mean?
And if you are muslim, can you explain what Ramadan is for you?

My exboyfriend is muslim. He is not very muslim though... that sounds wrong but I dont really know how to put it... What I mean is that he doesnt know much about the religion and the reasons. He loves God and tries to have a good relationship with Him. He also celebrates the Ramadan. But when I asked him what was the reason for not eating during Ramadan, he wasnt sure and so had to ask his father.

Im really curious about religions lately, hence the questions above. I know I can find the answers online, but (on the second one) I think it might be interesting to see if theres any difference between you, the internet, his father, etc.

I understand its personnal stuff, but do you believe in God and/or follow any Religion?

Me, I was raised Catholic. I never quite understood and so as I grew up I kinda grew out of faith. Then I started saying I didnt believe in God.
Now, I believe in God.. unless I think about it. Rationally, I cant accept the existence of a God. Emotionally, I believe (most of the time).
I dont believe in religions though. My idea of God is probably very alike to the Catholic idea since thats what I was taught as a kid. I try to be as open minded as possible towards other religions and get the best part of each of them.

I know what I would like to get, but I know I wont get it so I guess Im just hoping for some $$$ + love + good marks
This year, Im making one of the presents myself.
Its some kind of homemade book (covers made out of a show box and old-looking thick sheets of paper all put together with a lace). Each sheet contains a photo taken with my fathers old slr cam. Not because my photography is oh-so-great. Each photo represents something I'd like to give him.
I still havent figured out what kind of thing I wanna write. 2 options:

Xmas aside, I need to study.
Thursday: catalan + spanish exams
Friday: english + history + maths exams
Monday: philosophy + literature exams
Tuewsday: geography + business economy exams
Plus, I need to email my teacher ~10 draft pages from my research project by sunday.

Must not let stress get to me. Must focus on studying.

I spent the whole sunday and today's afternoonin the (university) library studying -_-
Good side of it? I love myself for opening the books early (last year, I studied the night before or the same morning of the exam for all the exams.. including finals!)
Bad side? Im exhausted. On saturday I went to bed late + on sunday I woke up early + I went to sleep late (I had to work on the research project about Tibet) + today I had to wake up early for school.
I guess Im gonna try to go to sleep early today... that way tomorrow I wont fall asleep in class or in the library. Yes, I might go to the library again tomorrow :o

The best thing about all that studying is that Im not stressed at all. Last minute studying caused me a lot of stress...

Well.. hes just very much like me and besides, its not like a "date".. we are just going to the movies together
We like the same kind of music and hes into photography as well and well.. hes cute ^_^
